Edinburgh residential property investment and lettings specialist Cullen Property has appointed Steve Coyle as its new Managing Director.

The appointment, effective on 21 May 2018, follows the retirement of co-founder and current MD Malcolm Warrack. Malcolm is stepping away from his full-time role, but will continue to support the company’s growth and development as a Board Director.

Malcolm Warrack, Cullen Property Board Director, says: “I am delighted to be handing over to Steve. He has been an integral part of the Cullen Property team and the company’s growth since joining us in 2003.” Steve Coyle new MD Cullen Property Ltd

Steve Coyle, Cullen Property Managing Director, says: “I am excited to have the opportunity to head up the Cullen Property team as Managing Director.”

“Whilst we will miss Malcolm’s presence on a daily basis, his knowledge of and insight into the Edinburgh property investment market will be invaluable to our Board of Directors.”
