David Haetzman, owner of Firebrick Brasserie, says: “We’re delighted to be collaborating with Thirlestane Castle on bringing visitors to the area. This is the perfect package for the full Lauder experience – after exploring the town’s top visitor attraction, visitors can relax and enjoy lunch or dinner sampling some of the best local ingredients from Lauder’s larder.”
Edward Maitland-Carew of Thirlestane Castle, says: “This package takes care of everything so visitors can have an enjoyable family day out. What better way to explore this beautiful town than sightseeing and dining in one of our top restaurants?”
