Located on Edinburgh’s West Nicolson Street, Sylvesters is a family run restaurant providing innovative food by combining traditional Scottish dishes with imaginative ingredients.

Sylvesters enlisted Niche Works’ help in 2014 to help raise their profile locally. Sylvesters also required support with generating coverage for their new menus, including their winter menu and Chocolate Week menu. Niche Works supported Sylvesters by arranging a Q&A with head chef Kieran Sylvester for an online food blog, set up restaurant reviews, liaised with media in order to feature multiple recipes, created by Kieran, in local publications and generated media coverage on an award win for a member of the team.

Niche Works has secured a range of local and national coverage in publications such as Edinburgh Evening News and Foodies Magazine, as well as reviews on blogs such as Cool Places and Edinburgers. We continue to work with the lovely team at Sylvesters.
